• Badge photos, audio recordings captured with consent, demo session metadata, meeting requests, schedules, notes, and follow-up content.
• Technical information needed to operate and secure the service, such as authentication tokens, server logs, device type, and request metadata.

How We Use Information

We use collected information to:

• Create and manage event demo sessions.
• Scan badge images and populate visitor fields.
• Record session context and generate follow-up summaries for review.
• Coordinate event meetings, schedules, approvals, and staff workflows.
• Operate, secure, debug, and improve Phantom.

Sharing

Phantom is intended for authorized event and business users. Information may be shared with approved internal teams or service providers that help operate Phantom, process session artifacts, or support follow-up workflows. We do not sell personal information.

Retention

Event and session information is retained only as needed for demo follow-up, event operations, security, compliance, and troubleshooting. Retention periods may vary by event and business requirement.

Security

Phantom uses access controls and transport security to protect information in transit and restrict access to authorized users. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect the data we process.

Your Choices

Visitors may decline badge capture or audio recording. Authorized staff can contact the Phantom team to request correction or deletion of information where applicable.
